Skye Camanachd’s SSE Camanachd Cup Tie Put Back A Week | |
22 May 2015 Skye Camanachd’s SSE Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup second round tie with Beauly at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree has been put back a week until Saturday 6 June 2015. Beauly requested the fixture change in anticipation that a large number of their players would be unavailable to play on Saturday 30 May 2015 at they will be attending the Scottish Cup Final between Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Falkirk at Hampden Park, Glasgow. The relevant Camanachd Association Directors considered Beauly’s request and decided that the postponement would require the approval of Skye Camanachd. The Association informed Skye that they were comfortable that there was capacity within the fixture calendar to reschedule the match for Saturday 6 June 2015 and, if a replay is required, it will be scheduled for an early throw-up on Saturday 13 June 2015 (contingent upon Skye’s future progress in the RBS MacTavish Cup competition). Skye Camanachd agreed to Beauly’s request and they will now not have a fixture on Saturday 30 June 2015. |
