28 September 2015 The North U14 retained the Fraser MacPhee Trophy when beat the South U14 4-3 in a thrilling encounter at An Aird on Sunday 27 September 2015. The event brings together the sport’s top youth players with the squads named following the recent four-team annual Ferguson Transport & Shipping Inter-District tournament at Spean Bridge. Oban Camanachd’s Lewis Buchanan gave the South the lead in this noon throw up. However Skye Camanachd’s Ruaraidh MacLeod equalised to restore parity. Oban Camanachd’s Daniel Sloss and Fort William’s Lewis Clark then traded goals to make it 2-2. Lewis Buchanan grabbed his second to put the South ahead for the third time only for a goal from Fort William’s Victor Smith to cancel out that advantage and make it 3-3. Skye Camanachd’s Ross Gordon struck a shot from distance put the North ahead for the first time in the match with minutes remaining and his goal proved to be the winner.
