24 September 2015 The 2015 Bullough Cup Final between Tayforth and the Kyles Athletic second team takes place at Yoker on Saturday 26 September 2015. The Kyles Athletic second team has scored an incredible 28 goals on their run to the final.
Saturday 16 May 2015 Bullough Cup – First Round Kyles Athletic 16 English Shinty Association 0 Bullough Cup holders Kyles Athletic were too strong for the English Shinty Association, winning 16-0 at Tighnabruaich. Scott MacDonald scored five times, Sandy MacKenzie got four goals with Gavin Macmartin grabbed a hat-trick. Brandon Wilson, Kyle Macmartin, Innes MacDonald and Roddy MacColl got the others. Kyles now travel to Oban to play Lochside Rovers in the quarter-finals.
Saturday 11 July 2015 Bullough Cup – Quarter Finals Lochside Rovers 1 Kyles Athletic 2 Kyles Athletic edged out Lochside Rovers with a 2-1 win at Ganavan. Lochside Rovers were without Chris MacMillan who served a one match suspension for a bookings points accumulation. They also had other regulars missing as the Oban Camanachd first team were missing players and they included nine U17 players, including 15 year old Lewis Buchanan, in their fifteen player pool. Kyles were minus Scotland U17 player Ross MacRae who was on first team duty. George Thomson put Kyles ahead on 31 minutes and Patrick Mulholland scored what was to be a crucial second goal on 54 minutes. Daniel MacVicar pulled a goal back for Lochside 10 minutes from time but the home side couldn’t find a leveller so Kyles Athletic will now play the Aberdour second team in the last four of the all-South tournament.
Saturday 8 August 2015 Bullough Cup – Semi Final Aberdour 1 Kyles Athletic 10 The Kyles Athletic second team are through to the Bullough Cup Final after they beat Aberdour 10-1 in their noon throw up at Silver Sands. Sandy MacKenzie and Brandon Wilson each scored four times for Kyles with a Rupert Williamson brace making up their total. Alex Mitchell scored a consolation goal for Aberdour. Ewen MacDonald was the match referee.
