Thomas Ferguson Match Beaten By The Weather.

The Thomas Ferguson Memorial Cup match between Skye Camanachd and Lovat will not go ahead this weekend.

The match had been scheduled to take place on Saturday 11 December 2010 after being postponed a fortnight ago.

However Skye Camanachd’s Pairc nan Laoch pitch is still covered in snow and it has been decided to postpone the game once again.

The sides may look at rescheduling the game for February 2011.

The Thomas Ferguson Cup matches have been dogged by unplayable pitches due to bad weather over the last couple of years. Indeed last year’s match was played in Glasgow against Mid Argyll.
