With Glenorchy already relegated, Lovat, Inveraray and Oban Camanachd will battle it out to survive in shinty’s top division. Their remaining league fixtures for these sides are as follows; Lovat Lovat currently have 9 points from 14 games and have a goal difference of minus 20. They have four matches remaining. They play fellow strugglers Oban Camanachd at Balgate in what can be considered a “four pointer” and this game has been scheduled for Saturday 13 August 2011. They also have a home meeting with Kingussie and trips to Kilmallie and Glenorchy. Inveraray Inveraray currently have 9 points from 14 games and have a goal difference of minus 8. They have four matches remaining. Their only home match is against Kingussie and they have to travel to Glenorchy and face tough trips to Kyles Athletic and Newtonmore. Oban Camanachd Oban Camanachd currently have 10 points from 12 games and have a goal difference of minus 2. They have six matches remaining. Kyles Athletic, Fort William and Glenurquhart are still to visit Mossfield. Oban Camanachd are still to face Lovat, Newtonmore and Kilmallie away from home. |
