The final pre-season friendlies took place on Saturday 26 February 2011.
Skye Camanachd came from 2-0 down to beat Scottish Hydro Premier Division side Glenurquhart 4-2 at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree to win the George Michie Memorial Cup. Ruairidh Cameron and Ally MacKintosh put the visitors ahead at the break. However a Somhairle MacDonald double and terrific strikes from Iain Morrison and Neil MacVicar gave the Islanders a 4-2 win.
A largely reserve Kingussie side featuring first team regulars Thomas Borthwick and Ryan Borthwick beat Taynuilt 4-2 at the Dell.
Scottish Hydro Premier Division champions Newtonmore beat Marine Harvest North Division 1 side Beauly 7-1 at the Eilan. 'More full forward Danny MacRae grabbed a hat-trick.
Meantime the Fort Wiliam first team beat Glasgow Mid Argyll 5-0 at Yoker. Young forward Ryan Campbell continued his good form with a hat-trick and the more experienced Gordy MacDonald and Bryan Simpson got the others. The Fort William second team beat Lochside Rovers. Kinlochshiel proved too strong for Ballachulish at Jubilee Park, running out 9-0 winners.
The Kilmallie first team headed south to play Bute and doubles from John Stewart and Fraser Massie gave them a 4-2 win.
Both Strathglass teams were in action. The Strath first team beat Glenorchy to win the annual Murdo MacKenzie Memorial Cup. However the Strathglass second team went down to Lochcarron to win the John Stirling Cup.
The Lovat first team was to play Caberfeidh at Castle Leod but this match was postponed.
Earlier in the day, the Lovat second team beat Lochbroom 5-0 at Balgate.
The Skye Camanachd second team went down 3-0 to Boleskine at Farr.
The Kilmallie second team was due to play the Lochaber second team at Canal Parks but the match was postponed
The meeting between the Glenurquhart and Caberfeidh second teams was switched to Blairbeg with the visitors running out 6-3 winners.
A Craig Lindsay double helped Ardnamurchan to a 7-0 win over the Ballachulish second team.
