10 teams - 80 players - took part in the Isle of Skye Round Table Sixes on Thursday 20 June 2008 at Pairc nan Laoich.

Following the group sections, the semi final line up saw Portree A face Portree C and North End A face Portree B. Both Portree A and Portree B came out on top to set up an all Portree final.

Despite plenty effort from Portree B, it was perhaps unsurprising that Portree A ran out winners by six goals to nil. Willie Cowie helped himself to a hat-trick with an Andrew Grant double and a goal from his cousin Angie Grant completing the scoring.

Peter Urquhart from the Isle of Skye Round Table presented the trophy to Portree A captain Steven MacKinnon.

This competition is superbly run by the Isle of Skye Primary Schools Camanachd Association with some refereeing assistance from some Skye Camanachd second team players.
