16 October 2015 Ireland U21 have named their squad for the Marine Harvest Shinty / Hurling internationals against Scotland at the Bught Park on Saturday 24 October 2015. The Irish panel includes just four players from the side which lost to the Scots a year ago. Paddy McKenna remains in goal and he will be between the sticks for the third successive year. Keith Carmody (Kerry), Michael Dudley (Antrim) and Gerry Keegan (Kildare) are the others who retain their places. The most eye-catching additions are half back Michael Breen, who won the this year’s Munster Championship with Tipperary, and Wexford forward Conor McDonald and his County team-mate, centre back Austin Gleeson, who were both part of the losing Waterford side in the same Munster Final.
