Skye Camanachd hit Inverness with 5 of the best in this North Division 1 clash.
Manager Ally Morrison said on Cuillin fm after-match that his team weren't at their best in this match but he certainly must have been happy with the result.
Inverness beat Skye 3-1 in Portree in the opening game of the season so this was sweet revenge for the islanders.
Somhairle MacDonald returned to action from holiday and showed that he hadn't lost his touch in front of goal. He opened the scoring after 17 minutes and got his second right on the stroke of half time. In between times, Iain Nicolson scored and so Skye had a comfortable half time lead.
Kenny Campbell put Skye on easy street on the hour mark and he scored Skye's fifth 10 minutes later.
Inverness never gave up though and it took a terrific diving save from Jamie Gannon in the last minute to ensure Skye returned home with a clean sheet.
This win confirms Skye's fourth place in the league and leaves them two points behind next Saturday's opponents Lochcarron.
