17 April 2015 Skye Camanachd first team manager John MacLeod has named his squad for the Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup Preliminary Round tie with Taynuilt at the Taynuilt Playing Field on Saturday 18 April 2015. Steven Morrison returns to the squad after serving a one match ban in the Balliemore Cup penalty shoot-out defeat to Bute last weekend. Iain Murray and Will Cowie are also back and John MacKenzie is called up from the second team after scoring in the Aberdein Considine Sutherland Cup win over Inverness last weekend. However forward Shockie MacLennan injured his knee in the Bute match and he faces a number of weeks on the sidelines. David MacInnes returns to the second team and manager MacLeod leaves himself out of the squad. Allan MacKinnon remains out. Taynuilt’s Stewart Sloss serves the second match of a two game suspension for his red card against Aberdour in the Gregor Cameron Consultancy Glasgow Celtic Society Cup a fortnight ago. Throw up is at 2.30pm.
