20 May 2014 Skye Camanachd U17 beat Caberfeidh U17 4-1 in their London Shield meeting at Pairc nan Laoch on Tuesday 13 May 2014. The Skye youngsters had maximum points from their opening two London Shield matches so far ahead of this 6.30pm throw up. Cabers had already beaten Strathglass but they lost out to Glenurquhart. Callum MacCulloch put Cabers ahead of 28 minutes but Will Cowie levelled with a well-executed penalty following a hand-ball on 37 minutes. Conor Ross put Skye in front when he took down a cross from Johnathon Laing and sent a great shot into the back of the net just a minute later. Will Cowie made it 3-1 with the goal of the match on 56 minutes. The Skye full centre won possession wide on the Skye right as Cabers tried to clear a corner and he sent a blistering shot into the far top corner of the net. A turn and shot from Conor Ross on 62 minutes, following good lead-up play from John Gillies, made it 4-1 to give Skye maximum points from their first three London Shield games.
