Skye Camanachd first team manager John “Spod” MacLeod will be without the services of Danny Morrison for at least the early part of the 2014 shinty season.
Skye first team forward Morrison suffered a shoulder injury whilst training and it is a recurrence of an injury initially sustained a couple of years ago.
His absence is a blow to manager MacLeod, especially as his period on the sidelines is unclear at this stage.
The new Skye boss currently has 35 players attending weekly training sessions as the club implement a “No Train – No Play” policy.
