Skye edged the opening 42 minutes but goals late in the first half from Kevin Bartlett and Craig Morrison had Cabers 2-0 ahead at the break. Morrison went on to complete his hat-trick with Bartlett scoring again whilst Taylor Matheson countered for Skye. The Skye Camanachd second team lost 3-2 in their Strathdearn Cup second round tie against the Newtonmore second team at the Eilan on Saturday 21 May 2022.
