Portree Primary School won the 2015 Kingussie Camanachd Club Primary Schools Sixes at the Dell on Sunday 23 August 2015.
There was sunny weather and a perfect Dell pitch for the 20 teams and 130 players who took part in two tournaments.
There were twelve teams in the P7 (and under) competition. Portree Primary School were undefeated from their group section and they beat a strongly fancied Newtonmore side 2-1 in the semi-finals. Beauly beat Inverlochy in the other semi-final. Portree went on to beat Beauly 1-0 in the final. Portree’s Liam MacQueen, who scored many goals during the course of the day, was also named player of the tournament.

Inverlochy Primary School, under the watchful eye of coach Willie MacDonald, won the P5 (and under) competition. The Fort William side went through the whole competition (8 matches) without conceding a goal. Inverlochy qualified from their group section and won their semi-final before beating Beauly 1-0 in the final with James Clark getting the winning goal. Inverlochy captain Archie MacKinnon lifted the trophy. Inverlochy defender Daniel Parfitt was deservedly named player of the tournament.
