The North U14 retained the Fraser MacPhee trophy but only just after they beat the South U14 on penalties following a 1-1 draw at An Aird on Sunday 25 November 2018.
The first half of this noon throw up finished goalless but the South took the lead on 64 minutes with Inveraray’s Coll MacKay scoring.
However Beauly’s Euan MacCormick equalised on 75 minutes and it took a penalty shoot-out to decide the outcome.
The decisive penalty was scored by Beauly’s Finlay MacLennan to five the North a 4-2 victory.
After the final whistle, North captain Euan MacCormack stepped forward to lift the Fraser MacPhee trophy.
