13 June 2014 Skye Camanachd U14 are through to the MacMaster Cup semi finals after they beat Lochaber U14 15-0 at Spean Bridge on Wednesday 6 June 2014. Ryan Macaskill put Skye ahead in the opening minute. An own goal after 2 minutes doubled the Islanders advantage. Stewart Taylor made it 3-0 on 16 minutes. John Gillies struck on 26 and 38 minutes to make it 5-0. Martin Pringle added a sixth on 32 minutes. John Gillies struck twice to take his tally to four goals early in the second half on 43 and 45 minutes to make it 8-0. Skye were making regular substitutions and Mark MacQueen was next to impress as he rattled up a hat-trick with goals on 46, 48 and 55 minutes. Stewart Taylor also took his count to four goals with strikes on 57 58 and 62 minutes. Mark MacQueen became the third player to reach four goals shortly after. The Skye youngsters will now meet Kingussie in the MacMaster Cup semi finals with Oban Camanachd and Kinlochshiel meeting in the other last four tie.
