15 February 2013 Skye Camanachd second team manager Murdo Morrison has named his squad for the trip to play Lewis Camanachd at Shawbost on Saturday 16 February 2013. Lewis lost 3-2 to Lochbroom in the Cuach a’ Chuain Sgìth fixture. Daniel Gallagher and Andrew MacDonald picked up knocks in that game. New Lewis Camanachd boss Iain Sinclair has named a squad which includes former Skye Camanachd players Stuart Campbell, Eoghan Stewart and Tom Stewart. However Scott Murray and Calum Stamper are missing. This is the Skye reserves first match of the season after their friendly against Inverness was cancelled last weekend and they set off on Saturday morning and return home the following day. Stewart Grant and Angus “Bruachie” MacDonald will travel with the squad but are both unlikely to play. There will be a minutes’ silence ahead of the throw up in memory of Diane Morrison.
