Kyles Athletic v Skye Camanachd – Team News | |
22 April 2016 Skye Camanachd first team manager John MacLeod has named his squad for the Marine Harvest Premiership meeting with Kyles Athletic at Tighnabruaich on Saturday 23 April 2016. MacLeod has made four changes to the squad which lost 4-0 to Newtonmore in the RBS MacTavish Cup quarter finals last weekend. Chris MacLennan is out with a broken thumb whilst Allan MacKinnon aggravated a muscle injury during Newtonmore match. Keeper Jamie Gannon has a jarred knee and DJ Gilpin returns to second team duty. There are call-ups for Neil John Campbell and Iain MacLellan whilst Scotland U21 keeper Iain MacLeod steps in between the posts. There are other absentees as work commitments continue to rule out Shockie MacLennan and Iain Nicolson whilst Ian Murray and Ally “Spod” MacLeod are still on the injury list. Will Cowie has returned from a spell abroad and he will feature for the Skye seconds. Kyles Athletic put twelve goals past Bute in their Gregor Cameron Consultancy Glasgow Celtic Society Cup quarter-final last weekend despite being without Roddy MacDonald, David Zavaroni, Roberto Zavaroni and Sandy MacKenzie. However MacDonald at least is expected back for this one. Throw up is at 2.30pm.
