Kinlochshiel Mark Trophy Winning Season | |
04 December 2016 Artemis Macaulay Cup winners Kinlochshiel marked an historic season at their player of the year awards evening at the Lochalsh Hotel. Keith MacRae was the main award winner and in a season in which he celebrated a return to the international fold. MacRae was selected as both the players’ player of the year and the committee’s player of the year giving him the Duncan MacRae Cup and the Kenny Wilson MacRae Cup. The Tommy MacKenzie Cup for second team player of the year went to Seamus Lane. There were joint recipients of the Ian “Dubh” Fraser Shield for U21 player of the year accolade as last year’s winner Oliver MacRae shared the prize with Seamus Lane – his second award of the evening. The Willie MacRae Memorial Cup for youth player of the year was presented to Stuart Anderson. |
