17 June 2019 Skye Camanachd came out on top, winning 4-0 in their second team derby against Kinlochshiel at Kirkton on Saturday 15 June 2019. Skye tested ‘Shiel keeper Sandy MacDiarmid on more than one occasion before Taylor Matheson gave them a 28 minute lead. MacDiarmid used his club to parry Cameron MacKay’s 20 yard drive but youngster Matheson was quickly in the turn the rebound home and claim what was the only goal of the first half. ‘Shiel were restricted to few chances with Gilleasbuig MacVicar again excellent in the Skye defence. Cameron MacKay made it 2-0 with a good finish on the hour. Substitute Keith MacKenzie added a third on 80 minutes and a second from Taylor Matheson from inside the D on 89 minutes completed the 4-0 victory.
