31 October 2015 Skye Camanachd U14 lost 5-2 to Fort William U14 in their Marine Harvest North Division 1 fixture at An Aird on Saturday 31 October 2015. Skye Camanachd Youth Coach John MacLeod was working so Robbie Gordon looked after the side for this noon throw up. The Fort youngsters, coached by Victor Smith and Ally Clark, knew that a win would give them the Marine Harvest North Division 1 title. A Victor Smith goal late in the game gave Fort William a 3-2 win when the sides met in the MacMaster Cup Final in mid-September and the Fort were narrow 2-1 winners in the corresponding fixture at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree. Victor Smith scored twice on 4 and 11 minutes to give his side an early 2-0 lead. Greg Kelly added a third on 29 minutes to make it 3-0 at the break. Lachie Shaw was on target on 49 minutes to make it 4-0 and Greg Kelly added a fifth with his second goal of the game on 55 minutes. Skye made a late comeback with Ruaraidh MacLeod scoring on 58 and 67 minutes but it was too little too late and Fort William were deserved 5-2 winners. After the final whistle, Camanachd Association Operations Manager Astie Cameron introduced Iain Fraser from sponsors Marine Harvest who presented the league trophy to Fort William captain Ryan Boyle and winners medals to his team-mates. Fort William now add the Marine Harvest North Division 1 trophy to the MacMaster Cup in their trophy cabinet.
