Callum Duff Steps Down As Strathglass Boss | |
01 July 2014 Callum Duff has stepped down as Strathglass first team manager with immediate effect. Duff’s last match in charge was the 5-0 Marine Harvest North Division 1 defeat to Skye Camanachd at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree on Saturday 28 June 2014. He informed the players of his decision at the start of this week and he leaves the club in third place in the league with six games remaining. At the start of the season, Strathglass were amongst the fancied sides to progress to a National Division spot at the end of the term. They made a good start to their league campaign but the defeat to Skye makes it difficult for them to finish top of Marine Harvest North Division 1. The Strathglass club were due to meet to decide who will take charge of the side for this week’s league meeting with Inverness and for the remainder of the season. |
