Saturday 11 April 2015 Balliemore Cup – First Round Strathglass 1 Glasgow Mid Argyll 2 A Glasgow Mid Argyll side short on numbers made the long journey to Cannich where they secured a place in the next round, defeating Strathglass 2-1. The ever-green Robert Geddes gave Strathglass a 42 minute lead when his shot took an awkward bounce in front of GMA goalie Jonathon Oates and the ball ended up in the net for what was the only goal of the first half. And that’s the way it stayed until 83 minutes when Andy Mathie collected possession around the penalty spot and he put the ball into the bottom corner of the net to make it 1-1. Craig Anderson put GMA in front just 60 seconds later with a back-hand shot from outside the D after his marker had lost possession. Anderson hit the ball into the bottom right corner of the net for what turned out to be the winning goal.
Saturday 23 May 2015 Balliemore Cup – Quarter Finals Glenorchy 1 Glasgow Mid Argyll 5 Marine Harvest National Division side Glasgow Mid Argyll had a successful trip to Mart Park, defeating Glenorchy from Marine Harvest South Division 1, 5-1. Former Lochcarron player Ben Dalgety gave GMA a 10 minute lead and Mark Bain doubled their interval advantage a couple of minutes before the break. Allan MacKechnie gave Glenorchy hope with a goal on the hour mark but a Jamie MacFadyen hat-trick with strikes on 65, 77 and 88 minutes rounded off the 5-1 victory.
Saturday 20 June 2015 Balliemore Cup – Semi Finals Inverness 0 Glasgow Mid Argyll 3 Glasgow Mid Argyll will meet Beauly in the 2015 Balliemore Cup Final after they beat Inverness 3-0 at the Eilan. When Ben Dalgety made it 3-0 on 69 minutes, GMA were in a comfortable position and they now have the chance to win the intermediate trophy for the first time.
