Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup – Second Round
Newtonmore 8 Fort William 1
Holders Fort William are out of this year’s competition as they were floored but a devastating performance from Newtonmore at the Eilan. Glen MacKintosh made it 2-0 and Danny MacRae scored five times, only interrupted by a Paul MacArthur goal. Gary Innes netted a consolation for Fort William.
Taynuilt 1 Kingussie 8
Taynuilt started well at home against last year’s runners up Kingussie. It took a great Andrew Borthwick save to keep the sides level before Stuart Scott gave the home side a 15 minute lead.
