Fraser Inglis Stands Down As Taynuilt Boss. | |
08 October 2011 Fraser Inglis has stepped down as coach of Marine Harvest South Division 1 side Taynuilt. The Argyll team has had a successful season, finishing fourth in the league and qualifying for the 2012 Macaulay Cup. Speaking in this week's Oban Times, former Scotland, Oban Camanachd and Kingussie player Inglis said, "It's important the club gets a fresh approach. They need new ideas on the playing side and that is why I thought it was time to leave. There is a lot of enthusiasm around the club and people willing to come in and help." The Taynuilt side is managed by Dave Thompson and it has not yet been announced who will take over Fraser Inglis' coaching role.
