The Dublin Diaries - Part 9. | |
27 July 2011 Follow the Scotland U17 squad on their 2011 tour of Ireland. The boys are up bright and early for breakfast on Tuesday 26 July 2011. They head for a light training session at 10am. There are a few injuries for Ronald Ross and Russell Jones to assess following the previous night's game. Martin Bruce has a groin injury, Fraser Heath suffered a cut to the head whilst Garry McKerracher also has a tight groin. The main focus is on preparing the squad for the evening game against Dublin at the Parnell Stadium. There are a few problems to be ironed out from the first half display against Westmeath. Ronald Ross and Russell Jones take the players through some drills and they are ready to face the cream of Dublin hurling talent. |
