The first team Player of the Year was buckshee back Neil MacDonald whose fine performances this season earned him a place in the Scotland squad which played Ireland in the recent Shinty / Hurling international series. Finlay Nicolson beat off some tough competition to win the second team Player of the Year award as the Lochaber reserves won promotion and the Marine Harvest North Division 3 championship. Brennan MacDonald and Callum MacDonald were named joint U17 Players of the Year. Defender Brennan MacDonald was part of the extremely successful 2010 Lochaber U17 side which won the London Shield, MacTavish Juvenile Cup and Macaulay Association Sixes. He also played for the North U17 which beat the South U17 side 10-1 this year as well as featuring in the successful North U14 team in 2008.
