Skye Camanachd Injury Update. | |
04 August 2010 Skye Camanachd’s injury list shows little sign of easing ahead of the weekend games on Saturday 7 August 2010. Jamie MacDonald remains absent with a ripped cartilage in his knee. MacDonald hopes to begin circuit training in 4 weeks’ time but with Skye’s fixtures scheduled to finish at the end of September, he will likely miss the remainder of the season. Kerr Gibb missed last weekend’s draw against Kilmallie with a shoulder problem and he will have a late fitness test ahead of this week’s match against Inverness. Allan MacLeod returned against Kilmallie after missing 3 games with a hamstring problem and his fitness will be assessed at the end of the week. . Darryl McIntosh’s season is over after smashing his thumb in 6 places against Glengarry last weekend. Skye Camanachd second team manager Davie MacVicar is also on the injured list having pulled his hamstring in the same game. MacVicar will also be hoping that Ally MacDonald shows no ill effects following his return to the side from an ankle injury last weekend. |
