Skye Camanachd is well represented in the Alba squad for the shinty / hurling clash with Eirinn in the Iomain Cholmcille a Trì in Portree, Isle of Skye on Saturday 13 February 2010.
Alba Head Coach Eoghan Stewart - who is signed by Skye Camanachd at present - has included Skye Camanachd first team players and brothers Gilleasbuig MacDonald and Somhairle MacDonald.
First team wing centre Kerr Gibb is also included as are defenders John Moir, Iain Nicolson and AB Connor.
Second team full back David Grant is in the squad once again as are fellow second team players and U17 London Shield winners Iain Morrison and Neil John Campbell.
Kenny MacLeod and Tom Butler are also squad members.
Head Coach Eoghan Stewart will be assisted by Skye Camanachd first team manager Aonghas MacDonald and Gilleasbuig MacDonald.
Iomain Cholmcille is an international project between Scotland and Ireland where shinty and hurling teams from the Gaelic communities of Scotland and Ireland come together to play under composite rules. It aims to strengthen both languages and cultures together through sport.
The event is funded by Colmcille which aims to strengthen the links between Gaelic Scotland and Ireland.
The match throws up at 1.30pm.
