The Scotland Ladies went down 8-0 to their Irish counter-parts in the shinty / camogie international at Bught Park, Inverness of Saturday 31 October 2009.
The Scots suffered a blow before the game when Glengarry’s Sarah Corrigal was ruled out with a knee injury.
The Irish scored 2 goals – one each from Cavan’s Maggie McBride and Tyrone’s Aisling Corr.
Colette McSorley from Armagh was Ireland’s top performer and her display earned her the player of the match award.
