12 June 2009 There are several league matches taking place on Saturday 13 June 2009. National Premier League leaders Bryan Simpson showed his international class with a hat-trick which got Glenorchy welcome Oban Camanachd to Dalmally with the home side really needing the points as they sit bottom of the table with only 2 points from their 8 league matches. Oban Camanachd were early season league leaders but they are now one of 4 sides in fourth place on 7 points. In Marine Harvest South Division 1, fourth placed Inveraray host third placed Glasgow Mid Argyll. Both sides are on 4 points although Mid Argyll do have a game in hand. The match between second placed Ballachulish and Kilmory at In Marine Harvest North Division 2 Caberfeidh play Glengarry at Castle Leod. This could be a close encounter with Cabers able to call on some of their first team fringe players with their senior side not in action.
In Marine Harvest South Division 2, Col Glen are at home to Aberdour for the second consecutive Saturday. The sides met at the same venue last weekend in the Bullough Cup with the visitors Aberdour running out 4-3 winners in a seven goal thriller. Aberdour also had a convincing 6-0 win in the corresponding league tie earlier in the season but this is likely to be a much closer affair and the contribution made by marksmen Ronnie MacVicar for Col Glen and Lewis Nicol for Aberdour could be vital.
Bottom club Ballachulish follow up a morale boosting win in Oban against Oban Celtic last weekend and continue on their travels to Yoker to play fifth placed Glasgow Mid Argyll. Marine Harvest North Division 3 second placed side
