Liam MacDonald was their hero scoring both goals in a 2-1 win with Jamie MacDonald replying for the Fort. The match was expertly refereed by John MacLeod from Skye. Kingussie look to be red hot favourites to win the Marine Harvest Premier League as they defeated Fort William 4-3 at the Dell. A double from Ronald Ross, one from Kevin Thain and a John MacLeod own goal out-scored Gary Innes, Drew Ferguson and Bryan Simpson. With 6 games to go, Kingussie have now amassed 24 points, having won 12 games out of 12. Their nearest challengers Fort William and Newtonmore are both on 16 points with their Badenoch rivals having 2 games in hand. Robert Geddes' Strathglass side had hoped to go some way to ensuring their Premier League safety by beating Bute at Canich. However it was the islanders who took the points as goals from Steven McKeller, James Craig and Hector Whitelaw saw them run out 3-0 winners. Bute now join Strathglass on 9 points with Lochaber 1 point behind and it's going to be close as to who joins Lovat, who are already relegated to North Division One. Gary MacPherson netted twice as Inveraray beat Oban Camanachd by 4-1. Inveraray are now on 11 points, one behind Oban Camanachd. Glenurquhart go top of North Division One on goal difference after beating Kinlochshiel 4-2 at Kirkton. Andrew Corrigan, Lewis MacLennan and Calum Millar gave the Glen a 3-0 half time lead. MacLennan added a fourth before Neil Fraser scored twice for Shiel. Kilmallie may be their closest challengers even although they are 6 points behind, as they still have two games in hand. Caberfeidh and Beauly are bottom equal on 8 points in North Division One after a Fraser MacDonald double helped Inverness beat Cabers by 3-2 and allowed them to to climb off the bottom of the league. in an exciting game at Battery Park, Lochcarron and Skye drew one each. Ian MacKenzie gave the home side the lead in the opening minutes before Iain Nicolson fired in a great 25 yard shot to level the match, 15 minutes from the end. In North Division Two, Kilmallie's 5-4 win over Lochaber last midweek put them top of the league. However second place Fort William are only 2 points behind with 4 games in hand. Caberfeidh are now bottom equal with Lochaber after goals from Declan Wilson and Jordy Gorski gave them a 2-1 on Skye. Goals from Martin Cameron and Stewart Gregory saw Glengarry beat Kingussie by two goals to nil to ease their relegation fears. In North Division Three, Beauly went top after beating Inverness 4-0 in the capital. Robbie Dewar, a Connor Ross double and a goal from David MacLean sealed a convincing win. Beauly are one point ahead of Boleskine and Aberdeen University with the former having a game in hand. Lochbroom continued their good form with goals from Cammie MacRae and Lorne Hughes beating Ardnamurchan 2-0 and this moves the west coast side up to fourth in the league. Inveraray and Oban Celtic will meat in the Bullough Cup Final after their respective semi final wins. Tayforth beat Glasgow Mid Argyll 3-2 in South Division One with Eion O'Sulliven getting the winner 10 minutes from the end.
