Skye Camanachd's first team go down to a disappointing home defeat against Caberfeidh in this North Division 1 clash.
Skye seemed to have one eye on next's week's Balliemore Cup Final as they slumped to a 3-1 defeat against Caberfeidh.
Caberfeidh played with the wind in the first half and had the better of the early exchanges. Both teams hit the frame of the goal during this period with Skye's captain Gilleasbuig MacDonald seeing his dipping shot coming of the cross bar.
Just when it looked as if Skye were going to make the interval on level terms, Fraser MacArthur send a shot across goal into the corner of the net.
Kenny Campbell levelled the match - see picture above - a minute after the break when he pounced to knock the ball past keeper Archie Rirchie into the corner of the net. Skye seemed unusually flat though and couldn't build on this lead.
Ian MacDonald restored Cabers lead after 65 minutes and 5 minutes later, Stuart Krzyzanoski hit a great drive to give the points to the visitors.
