07 July 2008 Skye Camanachd players play their part as both Scotland A and B U17 teams win against Laois. The Scotland A team won by 14 points to 8 with Ben Delaney and Ryan Borthwick amongst the goals. Jamie MacDonald and Andrew Banks both played in the game. Shockie MacLennan missied the match because of a hamstring problem picked up at the start of yesterday's A team game. But the problem has eased today and he hopes to play part of tomorrow's A team game. The Scotland B team scored 3 goals to win by 9 points to 6 points against Laois. Danny Morrison scored one of the Scotland goals taking his personal tally to 6 goals in 2 games. Skye's Neil John Campbell played in defence for the Scots. |
