It you attended the recent AGM of the Social Club you will already know that the committee were delighted to report a very successful year, which resulted in a much improved financial position.

All the outstanding debts which were reported at the 2008 AGM have now been cleared – an amazing turn around in such a relatively short time, we are sure you will agree.  This did not happen by accident, it happened through the hard work of the committee and the tremendous support of members, players and supporters who used the facilities at the Clubhouse.

We hope to build on this success and keep the ball rolling, so to speak.  If you are thinking about holding a function of any kind, big or small, please ask Martha or Janet what the Clubhouse can offer.  They also have details of different catering packages available for functions – from finger food to full buffet.

From September this year, new licensing laws will be coming in to force which will make it even more important for all members to have up to date membership of the Social Club.

We look forward to hearing from you and would like to thank you in advance for your continued support.

The form should be returned to the Clubhouse or to Morag Palmer – addresses on the form.

The Club look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely

Committee of Skye Camanachd Social Club

Social Committee:

For information, Martha Ross is Chair, Janet MacVicar is Vice-Chair, Phil McCaherty is Secretary and Donnie Martin and Ross Cowie also sit on the committee.

Jacqui Murchison continues to provide financial information and Morag Palmer is our main contact for Membership subscriptions.
