Skye Camanachd U14 finished top of their Local League following their 4-0 win over Kinlochshiel U14 at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree on Friday 8 June 2012.

Connor Ross scored to put the Skye youngsters in front after just 9 minutes.

Ross got his second on 17 minutes to make it 2-0 and Skye took this lead into the break.

Skye captain Stephen Murchison scored a spectacular third 18 minutes into the second half. He collected the ball in the centre of the field and sent a great shot goalwards which bounced inside the D and flew into the net.

Ryan Morrison went close for Skye on a couple of occasions and he got the goal he deserved 10 minutes from time when he turned and fired low into the corner of the neat to seal a 4-0 victory.

The win means that Skye top their Local League, ahead of Kinlochshiel on goal difference.
