The Camanachd Association look set to appoint Ronald Ross as Scotland U21 Head Coach.
Interviews have taken place to find a successor to Skye Camanachd's Donnie Martin who stepped down after three years as Head Coach of the Scot's U21 squad.
Ronald Ross is the Camanachd Association's National Development Officer and has been heavily involved in both the national U14 and U17 scenes for a number of years now. ThereforeĀ a role at U21 level for shinty's record goalscorer could be seen as a natural progression and an imaginative move by the Camanachd Association.
An announcement from the Camanachd Association is expected next week.
