14 October 2021 The Skye Camanachd squad has been named for the inaugural Alasdair Morrison Memorial Cup match against Lochcarron at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree on Saturday 16 October 2021. The Skye squad is a mixture of youth and experience, including current first and second team players along with family and friends with one or two who haven’t played for a while. Skye Camanachd second team manager Allan MacLeod has asked Steven Morrison, Ally Mor’s son, to take charge of the Skye side. Ally’s niece Sarah Corrigall was to be involved but has been ruled out through injury. Throw up is at 2pm and the whole match, including the trophy presentation, will be broadcast LIVE on Radio Skye’s Camanachd LIVE show.
