The Skye Camanachd Shinty Lotto prize fund has reached a massive £2,000 this weekend.

The Skye Camanachd Shinty Lotto has been in existence for over 15 years and this is the first time that the jackpot has reached £2,000. It reached £1,750 on three previous occasions and was won each time.

The Skye Camanachd Shinty Lotto is a vital fund raiser for the club who field two teams at U14 level, an U17 team, a ladies team and a second team and first team. As well as providing a weekly jackpot of £250, the lotto also offers commission to the ticket sellers.

There is still time to buy your tickets as the lotto will be drawn at 7pm on Saturday 1 March 2014.
