The Skye Camanachd first and second teams both recorded wins on Saturday 15 October 2016.

The Skye Camanachd first team were 3-1 winners against the Fort William first team in their Marine Harvest Premiership encounter at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree on Saturday 15 October 2016. Will Cowie gave Skye the lead on 13 minutes with the only goal of the first half. Danny Morrison made it 2-0 a couple of minutes after the restart. Fort William co-manager Victor Smith came off the bench to make it 2-1 on the hour mark but Skye sealed the win with a second Will Cowie strike 11 minutes from time.

The Skye Camanachd second team lifted the Mod Cup, beating Lewis Camanachd 3-0 at Shawbost. All the goals came in the second half with Peter Gordon, Iain MacLellan and Kenny MacLeod all on target. Skye’s Daniel Morrison was named man of the match.
