21 October 2019 There will be a play-off between Skye Camanachd and Badenoch to decide the Women’s National Division title after Skye defeated Ardnamurchan 10-0 in their final match at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree on Saturday 19 October 2019. Lorna MacRae scored five times in this 12.30pm throw up whilst Jenna Beaton grabbed a hat-trick. Megan Campbell and Emma Gordon got the others. Skye and Badenoch have each only lost one match this season; against eachother on their home ground. The result means they end the season on 26 points each and, with goal difference not counting, the sides will play-off for the league title at Craigard this coming Sunday. Skye and Ardnamurchan also contested the Cuach a' Chairdeas (Quaich of Friendship) which is played in memory of Joy Robson. This is normally awarded to the winner of the selected game but was presented to Ardnamurchan for the determination they have shown in every game and for their willingness to travel to fulfil all their fixtures regardless of the players they have available.
