RBS MacTavish Plate Final – Arrangements | |
05 June 2014 Skye Camanachd and Fort William meet in the inaugural RBS MacTavish Plate Final at Craigard, Invergarry on Saturday 7 June 2014. Admission to the match is as follows: Adults £5, Concessions £3. Glengarry Shinty Club will be running their tea shop as normal. Throw up is at 2.30pm and there will be extra time and penalties if necessary. The whole match will be broadcast live on Cuillin FM from 2pm. Both teams will be led onto the pitch by mascots for the day: Archie Millar from Skye Camanachd and Cameron Stephen from Fort William. Archie Ritchie is the match referee and Billy MacLeod and Russell Ross are the goal judges. The linesmen will be supplied by Glengarry. Camanachd Association President Archie Robertson and a representative from sponsors RBS will be present and will meet the teams and officials prior to the match. They will make the presentations afterwards. There will be an after match reception of soup and sandwiches for both teams in the bar area at the Great Glen Water Park following the final. |
