North U17 & South U17 Squads Named For 2015 Annual Clash | |
23 September 2015 The North U17 and South U17 squads have been announced ahead of their annual meeting at An Aird on Sunday 27 September 2015. The event brings together the sport’s top youth players with the squads named following the recent four-team annual Ferguson Transport & Shipping Inter-District tournament at Spean Bridge. Camanachd Association Development Officer Ronald Ross said, “The coaches have had some tough choices to make in selecting this year’s squads; there is undoubtedly an abundance of talent out there. It is also especially pleasing to see the progression a number of players have made from U14, to U17 and then to the U21 national squad over the past few years, so the importance of this event to a player’s pathway is clear to see.” |
