Kingussie v Skye Camanachd – Team News | |
25 April 2014 Skye Camanachd first team manager John MacLeod has named his squad for the Marine Harvest North Division 1 match with the Kingussie second team at the Dell on Saturday 26 April 2014. John MacLeod makes three changes to the squad which beat Lochaber 3-2 after extra time in last weekend’s RBS MacTavish Plate win over Lochaber. Shockie MacLennan returns from injury to replace Neil MacVicar who is working. David Grant will be with the second team whilst Iain Murray is unavailable. Ally “Cleodi” MacLeod and Iain MacLellan are added to the squad. Kingussie boss Michael Falconer misses out through work commitments so club stalwart Jimmy Gow will look after a squad which has a mixture of youth and experience. Older heads Kevin Thain, Michael Clark and Ronald Ross, who has been playing in defence, provide the backbone of the team whilst youngsters such as James Falconer and Chris Holleysong have been getting rave reviews although the former is likely to miss out through injury. Throw up is at 2.30pm. Skye Camanachd from: Jamie Gannon, Steven Morrison, Ally MacDonald, Shockie MacLennan, Ally “Cleodi” MacLeod, Ally “Spod” MacLeod, Chris Rose, Allan MacKinnon, Gilleasbuig MacDonald (captain), Jordan Murchison, Danny Morrison, Kenny MacLeod, Kenny Campbell, Will Cowie, Iain MacLellan Match Referee – Colin MacDonald |
