Skye based referee John Angus Gillies has been named fourth official for the Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup semi final between Fort William and Newtonmore at the Bught Park on Saturday 10 August 2013.

Gillies recently refereed the Aberdein Considine Sutherland Cup Final between Ballachulish and Lochcarron and he was also the man in the middle for the Strathdearn Cup Final a couple of years ago.

He is also due to referee the WCA’s top match of the season; the Valerie Fraser Cup Final between Badenoch & Strathspey and Glasgow Mid Argyll.
