Everyone at Skye Camanachd was sad to hear of the passing of young Micheal Breathnach hurler Eanna Griallais.

Eanna Griallais was part of the Micheal Breathnach squad which travelled to Pairc nan Laoch, Portree to take part in Iomain Cholmcille, 2012. He also played when Micheal Breathnach enjoyed a home win over Alba in 2013.

Alba Head Coach Eoghan Stewart said, "All those involved with the Alba squad would like to pass on our condolences to Eanna's family, in particular, his brother Cian who has also been a regular at Iomain Cholmcille over the years. We have made many dear friends at Micheal Breathnach through the years with Iomain Cholmcille and we send our condolences to the whole community in Connemara at this difficult time. Eanna Griallais passed away on Sunday 23 February 2014 and his Funeral Mass took place on Wednesday 26 February 2014 in Knock Church with the burial afterwards in Knock Cemetery.
