Skye Camanachd suffered a double injury blow with news that two of their first team regulars will be out of action for several weeks.
First came the news that defender Ally “Spod” Macleod had suffered medial damage to his knee in the Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup defeat to Kinlochshiel at the beginning of June. However MacLeod hopes to be fit enough to return to the team by mid-July.
Then forward Danny Morrison suffered a dislocated shoulder in the Balliemore Cup defeat to Kilmallie last weekend. The early signs are that the injury could rule Morrison out for the remainder of the season.
