Local Radio station Cuillin FM continues their live shinty coverage on Saturday 29 March 2014.

The “Camanachd Live” programme, sponsored by Marine Harvest, is broadcast both on the radio and on-line from 2.30pm each Saturday afternoon.

This weekend’s featured match is the MacTavish Cup first round tie between Skye Camanachd and Orion Group Premiership side Glenurquhart at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree.

The coverage starts from 2.30pm with throw up at 2.35pm.

Match commentary will come from Alasdair Bruce with summaries from Keith MacKenzie and Drew Millar.

Cuillin FM covered 30 matches throughout the 2013 shinty season and the next matches scheduled for coverage are as follows:

  • Saturday 5 April 2014 – Skye Camanachd v Strachur – (Balliemore Cup First Round)
  • Saturday 12 April 2014 – Skye Camanachd v Newtonmore (Marine Harvest North Division 1)
  • Saturday 19 April 2014 – Depends on MacTavish Cup Quarter Final Draw
  • Saturday 26 April 2014 – Skye Camanachd v Fort William (Marine Harvest North Division 2)
