Camanachd Association Match Assessors In Action – Saturday 29 June 2013 | |
28 June 2013 The Camanachd Association match assessors are in action once again on Saturday 29 June 2013. Donnie MacDougall is the match assessor as Colin MacDonald referees the AJG Parcels Glasgow Celtic Society Cup Final between Inveraray and Kyles Athletic at the Strachurmore Sports Centre, Strachur. Throw up is at 4pm. The Balliemore Cup semi final between Beauly and Kilmallie at Blairbeg will be refereed by John Angus Gillies and Ken MacColl is the match assessor. Ronnie Campbell is the referee for the Strathdearn Cup quarter final tie Kinlochshiel and Glengarry at Kirkton. Billy MacLauchlan is on match assessor duties and throw up is at noon. Billy MacLauchlan is also the match assessor for the Orion Group Premiership meeting between Kinlochshiel and Fort William later in the afternoon at the same venue. Graham Cameron is the match referee and throw up is at 3pm. Finally, the Marine Harvest North Division 3 noon throw up between Lochaber and Strathglass at Spean Bridge will be refereed by Calum Girvan with Dondy Robertson appointed as match assessor. Match assessors monitor the performance of all participants against the Camanachd Association’s Codes of Conduct as well as mentoring new / inexperienced match officials. Due to unavoidable circumstances, a match assessor may have to change / attend games without prior notification. |
