2016 Camanachd Cup Semi Final Draw | |
11 July 2016 The draw for the 2016 Camanachd Cup semi-finals was made at BBC Scotland, Pacific Quay, Glasgow on Monday 11 July 2016. The draw was made by MG Alba Chief Executive Donald Campbell, assisted by Camanachd Association Chieftain Jock Turner and BBC Alba’s shinty commentator, Hugh Dan MacLennan. The 2016 Camanachd Cup semi-final draw is as follows: Beauly / Kinlochshiel v Newtonmore Lochaber / Kyles Athletic v Oban Camanachd Camanachd Association Vice President, Keith Loades said, “I’m looking forward to the prospect of two very exciting semi-finals, and the two successful teams will no doubt provide us with an entertaining Camanachd Cup Final.” Both semi-final ties will be televised LIVE by BBC Alba. The ties will be played on Saturday 13 August 2016 and Saturday 20 August 2016. Both games will throw up at 4.05pm and the venues will be confirmed shortly. The 2016 Camanachd Cup Final will be played at An Aird Park, Fort William on Saturday 17 September 2016 and it will be televised LIVE on BBC Scotland. |
